Copyright & Content Policy

This page explains what you need the right to upload, what ClipRedo does not license, and how to send a copyright notice.

Templates

ClipRedo's standard is to publish a template that ClipRedo prepared, or a template made from material ClipRedo has the right to use. ClipRedo reviews template material separately from the photos you upload, and it can pause or remove a template.

This page does not prove that standard for any particular template. It also does not remove ClipRedo's responsibility for material published on the site.

Other platforms

ClipRedo is not TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform, and it is not an official product of those services. A template page may name a platform only to say where you can watch a source post or where you can add a sound after you download a file.

Photos you upload

You must have the rights needed to upload each photo and to generate a video from it. Photos of other people need their permission. That confirmation covers your uploads. It does not clear a template's reference video, the people in that video, or a song.

Music

ClipRedo does not give you a license to an original song or to any other third-party music. Each template says whether the download includes sound. Most files have no soundtrack, so you choose a sound when you post. A file that includes a clip's sound is still not a music license.

Sending a notice

Send a copyright notice to [email protected]. Include your name and email, a description of the work, the page address of the template or video, a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and a statement that the notice is accurate.

What happens next

ClipRedo reviews a notice that includes those items. It can pause or remove the template or other material named in the notice. An account that is the subject of another valid notice can be closed. The same rule is in the terms.

This email address is the contact for notices. It is not, by itself, a designated agent under the U.S. DMCA, and this page does not say that the notice process creates a safe harbor. A sentence on this page does not cancel responsibility for a template ClipRedo publishes or for a photo you upload.
