Refunds
A failed generation returns its credits. A finished video keeps the charge. Pack purchases stay on the account.

Failed generations
Starting a run uses the credits shown on the template. If the run fails, or the generation provider returns an error before a video is ready, ClipRedo returns those credits once. The page says the credits were returned and shows the reason.
Finished videos
A video that finishes keeps the charge, including when the likeness or motion is not what you hoped. If a finished file is unusable because of a ClipRedo error, write to [email protected] with the task link.
Credit packs
Packs are a one-time purchase. Unused credits stay on the account and do not expire. ClipRedo does not automatically refund a pack back to the card.
Duplicate charges
Payment notifications are applied once. A repeated callback does not add credits a second time. If your balance does not match the receipt, contact the address above.
